Return of the dreaded spacer bands

I have had 6 spacer bands put in between my bottom teeth and they are KILLING me. It's to make space so that my last two unbracketed teeth can be bracketed and wired up next week. I forgot how uncomfortable spacer bands are :( -- Post From My iPhone
